New Car Sales Manager

We are looking for a EXPERIENCED  Sales Manager to support the GSM due to expansion and growth within the dealership. You must have a MOTOR VEHICLE LICENCE have passion & enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service. To be successful in this role you will bring a positive outlook, you will be the type of person who offers that individual sales touch and you will be someone who aims to beat the benchmark in everything you do.

Previous sales Manager experience within the automotive industry is a pre-requisite to be considered for this role.

We are looking for an individual who is a highly motivated professional and has demonstrated experience in:

• Successfully managing a Sales Team to meet all KPI’s
• Training, mentoring sales teams and driving sales performance
• Delivering first class customer experience and achieving associated CSi targets
• Demonstrating a hands on approach by supporting the sales team in all aspects of customer management including liaising with clients, appointments setting and prospect management.
• Goal setting and strategic planning
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proven closing ability
• Exceptional Lead and Showroom Management Skills
• Valid Yard Managers Licence
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Experience in Units DMS highly beneficial but not essential.
